Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If there is any technical issues found in the online content and it is not resolve within 30 days of complain sent via email to support@prodheducation.com.

Our items are not eligible for return as these are online contents, only refund is possible if any issue found in the content.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once you have submitted the original purchase receipt then refund will be initiated with deduction of service charges of 10% of total order value. Refund will be processed within 7 to 15 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
