Disable transparency effect

In addition to turning off shadows, animations and visual effects, you need to disable the transparency effects that Windows 10 uses for the Start menu, the Taskbar and the Action Center. It takes a surprising amount of work in Windows to create these transparency effects, and turning them off can increase system performance or speed.

Follow the below procedure to complete

1)Type  Settings in search bar. In settings choose System Option.

2)Type Color and click on Choose your accent Color.

3)Scroll down and Turn off Transparency effects.
